Today's workout is Chest and Tri's
Warm up 15 min elliptical
100 pushups
100 straight bar tricep extension s
100 Burpees
100 Dumbbell Fly's
100 Tricep kickbacks
Finish off with 30 min Elliptical
You can do body weight or light weigh,t and break it into 25's or 50's. Just do what you can and push through!
