Today's Workout! Back at it!!!

Okay! Today is the day to get back on the horse, start working out again, and eating better!  So here is my workout for today!


15min. warm up on the elliptical

100 walking lunges
100 hamstring roll outs with ball
100 power jacks
100 squats
100 step ups on to bench

I finished off with 40 min on elliptical
Today was all about fat burning, toning and sculpting!
