Today's Workout!

Abs

Warm up 1 mile Jog


20 Leg Raises


20 Straight Leg Crunches



20 each side Heel Touchers

 


1 min Plank Hold


20 each side Scissors Kicks


20 Reverse Leg Raises


20 each side Plank Twists
 


Finish off with 5 minutes of sprints 30 sec on 30 sec off!
