Today's Workout!!!

Abs and Cardio

100 Plank twist
 

100 scissor kicks
 

100 jack knives
 

100 ball crunches

 
100 Russian twists

100 high knees
           
Finish off with a 15 min walk or 15 min on the elliptical!
