Post Workout Green Smoothie

  • Post workout green smoothie
  •  
  • In a blender I put.
  •  2+ cups of spinach
  • 1 cup of mixed frozen berries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 scoop chocolate raw protein powder
  • water
  • and ice 
  • blend until there are no big chunks!
