WARM UP: Jog 1 mile
ROUND 1:
Tricep rope extension 30
Push ups 30
Lat pull down 30
in between cardio 20 Burpees
ROUND 2:
Chest fly's with dumbbells 30
Tri kick backs 15 each arm
Bent over Dumbell rows for back 30
in between cardio 20 Burpees
ROUND 3
Tricep Dips off bench 30
Chest press 30
Seated Row on machine 30
Finish with 20 Burpees!
