Warm up: 1 mile jog
ROUND 1:
4 way lunge 5X each leg
Squats with weight 30reps
Calf raises 60
cardio in between 5 min jog
ROUND 2:
Sumo Squat with weight 30
Deadlifts with weight 30
Burn out Squats 30
Cardio in between 5 min Elliptical
ROUND 3:
Bosu Lunge 15 on each leg
Leg curl on machine with weight 30
Bosu jump squats ( jump on to bosu squat and jump of) 30
Cool down 20 min Elliptical
